I am often slow to try new supplements, especially when I find one I really like. I was skeptical at first and slow to jump into the 1Mission arena. I was blown away by the taste of the protein, the ease with which it mixes in whatever you add it too. It is delicious and I believe I found my new favorite protein! WOW!!

The flavor is great I feel full after taking the protein my only complaint is the packaging is very flimsy. They should definitely look into a new packaging manufacture

I started taking 1Fire capsules last year, I’ve always been active in the gym but just couldn’t get rid of that excess fat around the waistline.
