I drink this after I lift and I find that my energy returns quicker than with just water. I don’t feel sluggish after exercise and it tastes great (lemon ice).

I am often slow to try new supplements, especially when I find one I really like. I was skeptical at first and slow to jump into the 1Mission arena. I was blown away by the taste of the protein, the ease with which it mixes in whatever you add it too. It is delicious and I believe I found my new favorite protein! WOW!!

The flavor is great I feel full after taking the protein my only complaint is the packaging is very flimsy. They should definitely look into a new packaging manufacture
