I tried the muscle cakes because I love pancakes but wanted more out of it than just the normal. I est muscles cakes in the morning for breakfast with my 5 eggs or I will have them after an evening workout. I always double the amount because they taste awesome. Oh and I add a cup of blueberries every time to the mix. Excellent product
